What Is The Status of My Order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
What are your opening hours?
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5:30 PM. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 working hours during these hours. To ensure a timely response, please refrain from sending messages through multiple channels, as we address them in the order they are received.
Can I amend or cancel my order after I've placed it?
Unfortunately all of our shipping is automatic, so we cannot edit or cancel an order once it is placed.
When will my order arrive?
Normal UK delivery is between 7-10 working days. During Offer Periods like Black Friday and Christmas, this may be a little longer.
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 72 hours to process it for delivery.
Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners are presented below.
United States: 7-14 days
UK: 7-14 days

- Australia: 10-30 days
- Europe: 10-30 days
- Other countries: 10-30 days

My order has arrived damaged?
Please take pictures of the outer packaging, the damaged product(s) ensuring the number is visible and email the pictures to our Customer Services Team at help@survibe.co.uk. Unfortunately damage incidents need to be investigated so we need sufficient photographic evidence. Please do not dispose of the product or packaging until we have advised you that we completed our investigations. All damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
